What this demo is
A demonstration of Forge Orbital decision records on a fictional company with sample rules and sample evidence. It is not connected to your systems, policies or live actions. See the Terms of Use.
What we collect
1. Demo inputs. For sample checks, Forge receives the scenario and any evidence items removed from it. For record checks and replay, Forge receives the record you submit. For workflow comparisons, Forge receives the workflow description, test cases, expected actions, old and new outputs, action steps and any usage counts you submit. We use this information to return the result. Forge does not automatically read your conversation, files, memory or chat history. Information you or your assistant include in a demo request is sent to Forge. Use fictional or nonconfidential test information, not customer records, passwords or other secrets.
2. Contact requests. The current public demo does not collect walkthrough requests through its tools. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your inquiry.
3. Technical data. Our host and security layer receive your IP address and request information for security, rate limits and service operation. The current host makes Pro-plan logs available for 30 days under its own retention rules. This is not a promise that the host permanently deletes every copy after 30 days.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use demo data to train models. There is no generative model in the Forge Orbital decision path.
How we use data
To run the demo, keep it secure and within limits, answer inquiries, and understand aggregate demo use.
Sharing
Our hosting and contact providers process information needed to operate the demo and answer inquiries. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Your AI assistant provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, handles your conversation under its own policies; we do not control that.
Retention
The current public demo does not write submitted workflow tests or decision records to an application database. Inputs are processed to return your result. Our hosting provider handles technical logs under its own retention rules. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer your inquiry; you can ask us to delete it using the contact below.
Your choices
Use fictional or nonconfidential test inputs. You do not need to contact us to try the public demo. Email joseph@forgeorbital.com to ask about information you submitted or to request access, correction or deletion.
Security
Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Demo records are signed with a demo-only key that is separate from any production key.
Children
The demo is for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date.
