Use Forge in ChatGPT
Open the ChatGPT listing- Open the listing and install Forge AI Accountability.
- Start a new conversation. Type @ and select Forge AI Accountability.
- Paste the first prompt below and send it.
Manage or remove it anytime under ChatGPT Plugins. If your workspace administrator has disabled plugins, use Claude below or talk to us.
For another new tool action later, select Forge with @ again. Discussing an existing result does not require reconnecting.
Advanced: add as a custom MCP server instead
Use ChatGPT in a desktop web browser. Custom MCP apps are not available on mobile. Business or Enterprise/Edu plans and workspace permission may be required.
- Sign in to the ChatGPT account and workspace you want to use.
- Open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. You do not need Developer Mode first.
- Name it Forge AI Accountability. Under Connection, paste the connector address below.
- Choose No authentication. This connects only the public synthetic demo, not your business systems.
- Read the risk warning. If you accept it, check I understand and want to continue, then select Create as a plugin. Review the discovered tools and install the resulting plugin.
Connect to Claude
- In Connectors, select + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Forge AI Accountability. Paste the copied address as the remote MCP server URL.
- Choose No sign in for this demo, review the connection, then add it.
In a chat, open + → Connectors and enable Forge. Team and Enterprise accounts may need an administrator to add it first.
Claude setup instructionsThese buttons open setup, not a completed installation. ChatGPT and Claude require you to review and confirm the connection. Forge cannot skip that step.

The connector checks built-in scenarios and supported Forge records. It does not automatically turn an arbitrary uploaded document into a decision. If an app does not show the interactive panel, the same tools work in text.
